Tickets for 2025 events are available to purchase at ticketmaster.com

The Artpark Box Office will be open for in-person sales Fridays from 10AM to 4PM until the end of February. The box office can be reached by phone Monday through Friday from 10AM to 4PM at 716-754-4375.

The Artpark Box Office phone and window hours may vary in compliance with NY State and Federal Holidays and will be closed on: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Independence Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Year's Eve.

Ticketing Fees
Per ticket convenience fees apply for online and phone orders and may vary by event. All convenience fees are waived when purchasing tickets in person at the Artpark Box Office. Facility, charity and additional fees may still apply.

Child Policy
All children, regardless of age, must present a ticket to enter Artpark's Mainstage Theater and the outdoor Amphitheater concerts.

Third Party Purchases
We cannot assist with ticketing issues for any tickets that weren't sold directly through our box office or ticketmaster.com. Issues with tickets purchased through Stubhub, Ticket-Center, Vivid Seats and other third party options need to be directed to their point of purchase. 

Arts Access 
Artpark participates in Arts Services Inc.'s (ASI) Arts Access program for performances based on availability. The application can be found on their website www.arts-access.org. You can also fill out an application at their office or at a sign-up location, and contact our box office for ticket availability. The program provides free admission and transportation to arts and cultural programs and events for individuals receiving income-based public assistance in Western New York.
